Insurance
We are a Premier provider for Delta Dental. If your Deltal Dental insurance covers orthodontic treatment, we will be happy to file your claim for your. If you are in contract with another Insurance company we will be happy to assist you in any way so that you may receive your full benefits. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Please know that ultimately the patient/parent is responsible for the account.
To help us with filing your Delta Dental Insurane, please bring your Delta Dental insurance card with you to your appointment. Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
